广泛性发展障碍

广泛性发展障碍（Pervasive Developmental Disorder；简称PDD），是一个与特殊性发展障碍（Specific Developmental Disorders；SDD）相对的名词，专指一组五种与多种基本功能的发展障碍，例如：社会化及沟通能力相关的精神异常。 根据DSM-IV诊断标准，广泛性发展障碍包括以下五个类别：

1. 自闭症（autistic disorder）、
2. -{zh-hans:阿斯伯格综合征;zh-hant:亚斯伯格症候群}-（Asperger's syndrome）、
3. 雷特氏症（Rett's disorder，只在女童出现）、
4. 儿童期崩解症（childhood disintegrative disorder）及
5. 待分类的广泛性发展障碍（Pervasive Developmental Disorder Not Otherwise Specified，简称PDD-NOS）。
